Focus Pads & Shields

Boxing is without a doubt a whole body workout. Including focus pads and shields into your workout allows you to target different areas of the body and emphasise work on your core and legs.

Focus pads are excellent for partner work, creating work for both attacker and defender. The hybrid glove is ideal for gym classes and partner sessions where you don’t want to take the time to swap gloves every time the work round is finished. Shields are a great workout tool, combining a punch bag and focus pads into one portable device. Shields are great for boxing classes, partner sessions or individual and group PT sessions. You can increase the focus on speed or power, or you can advance your boxing class by giving your partner a moving target.
