Exchanges & Returns


HART Sport aims to provide high quality products at all times. However, if an item is faulty or damaged we've made the return process as hassle-free as possible. Here's all you have to do:

Simply:

  1. Call customer service (0800 151 900) to receive a Return Authorisation Number. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept any goods returned without a Return Authorisation Number. We will advise you of the best transport method for returning your goods.
  2. Download & complete the Return Goods Form.
  3. Pack items securely in an appropriate size box with the completed form, ensuring you include your Return Authorisation Number.
